Luxart Homes provides the opportunity to design your dream home with our help. You can create your own unique plan tailored to you and your family's needs. Each custom design is made to be an expression of your definition of luxury, your tastes, your family, and what you envision in your dream home.

You can even start with a sketch of what you envision in your home. Bring us ideas you like, such as layout ideas, room ideas, even a clip you cut from a magazine, and the Luxart design team will work with your ideas to create a workable plan from which to build your dream home.

Luxart Design
Luxart Homes has on hand a selection of home designs from which you are free to choose. Luxart has mastered the art of combining luxury with practicality. Each plan is expertly designed, with the perfect combination of luxury, practicality and efficiency to make your home a place of comfort and relaxation, but also convenience, providing the ability to manage a busy lifestyle and family.

When working with a Luxart design, there is still opportunity to tailor and customize each design to your own tastes and desires, using the Luxart design as a starting point.

Build to Suit
Have a lot of your own but looking for a builder that will build in that area? Luxart is able to build on any lot, in any area of the city. It is not a necessity that you choose one of the lots that we currently have available to you.

If you have found the lot of your dreams in an area or subdivision where Luxart is not currently building, Luxart Homes will purchase that lot on your behalf, and will build a turn-key home on that lot for you. This means that you save the out-of-pocket expense of land purchase, paying only Luxart’s normal deposit requirement, with the balance of the total purchase price due upon close.

In having Luxart build to suit for you, you still have the ability to choose from any of our custom and Luxart design options, or provide a plan of your own that you have created. The home of your dreams can be built on any lot of your choice, by a builder you can trust.

Planning
When you make a decision to build the home of your dreams, the first step is to plan. Choosing one of Luxart's beautiful estate lots is a fun and exciting experience. Once a lot has been chosen, the owners of the company will consult with you to create a base plan for your home, upon which individuality, exquisite designs, and your own personal touch can be built.

It is an art to combine the desired luxurious features with the necessary practicality of a family home. Luxart will ensure that your home and your plan are tailored exactly to your needs and dreams, with constant communication and a thorough understanding of what you are looking for.

Design
Building with Luxart means that you have the final say as to everything that goes into your home. There are no "choose one of" designs. No request is to big, no detail too small. Throughout the construction process, your choices on materials, products and brands determine the direction that your home will take. Working with our design team, designing your home to include unique features which you desire becomes an easy process. There is no guess work, only beautiful design.

Construction
Unlike some companies, the construction process with Luxart is easy. Each client has the opportunity to view the construction process, to comment and to observe. You deserve to be part of the building process, and Luxart understands this.
