Building with Luxart Homes has been an exciting and rewarding experience. From planning, construction, materials selection and home inspections, Luxart Homes kept us well informed and organized with above-and-beyond standard. From our very first visit to the model home in Ashton Estates, we knew we were looking at quality. Just to be sure, we searched the city to see if we could find another builder that seemed to have what we were looking for. Obviously, we didn't find it.
Once we had made our decision, we met with you and let you know that we were looking to build a custom home. No problem was your reponse, and you were true to your word. You took all of our ideas, captured exactly what we were looking for, got them translated into plans and produced our beautiful home.
The service, quality of work and craftsmanship has been excellent! You never said no to any of our details and were willing to take all of our suggestions. You certainly made us feel like part of your team.
This wasn't our first time buliding a home, although it was the first time creating our own plans. All of our previous experience had been building a stock home from builder's plans.
Our friends and family are envious of how we had no issues and how smoothly things went. We must acknowledge that the after sale service has been tops! In this day and age when customer service is no longer considered to be of value, we can tell you, we are astounded at how you email and touch base with us consistently to ensure that there are no issues with the house. I've mentioned this to couple of people and they can't believe that you call us, and not the opposite!
When we have had any questions, the responses have been quick and efficient - always with excellent results. All in all, we are your biggest fans and wouldn't hesitate telling everyone and anyone, Luxart Homes is the builder you want to work with.
